Wonderful design and cozy atmosphere. The rooms had beautiful decoration and balconies. The staff is accommodating, helpful and always wears a smile. Great location close to the city's main attractions. They offer free drinks and coffee, which is a lovely touch.
The air conditioning didn't cool the room enough and had to be turned off and on. Doors are too loud when opened with key cards, which could be disturbing for light sleepers or when guests are returning late.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect, close to shops, BKK market, and right next to a variety of great restaurants. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The sitting area was comfortable and spacious, and we felt safe with the in-room safe provided. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and we appreciated the electric kettle for making tea. The television and am/fm alarm clock added to our convenience. The flat-screen TV and parquet floors gave the room a modern and elegant feel. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge areas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying a delicious meal or drink. The staff at the hotel made sure we had a fantastic time and we highly recommend this place.
We recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. the bed was comfortable, and the room had a great view. the location was central and had convenient access to transportation.
The hotel needs a major facelift. the decor was outdated and the furniture was old and shabby.

Great location close to good eateries and the city center, but still outside of the busy tourist areas. Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good A/C. the staff is friendly and always helpful, and the pool is a refreshing escape from the heat.
The breakfast could have had more variety and options.
